Every BlabTown piece is printed on demand. Production takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.
Shipping
Once printed, US orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days; international orders in 1–3 weeks depending on destination and customs. Available rates are shown at checkout, and you’ll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Returns & exchanges
Because each item is custom-printed just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Please check the Size Guide before ordering. If something’s genuinely off with your order, talk to us — we’re reasonable people.
Lost packages
If tracking shows your package as lost in transit, let us know within 30 days of the last tracking update and we’ll send a replacement on us.
