1. Who we are
BlabTown.com (“BlabTown”, “we”) sells made-to-order printed apparel and merchandise. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is collected at checkout through our payment processor. An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. We may cancel and refund any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors).
3. Made-to-order products
Products are produced on demand after you order. Production and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping & Returns policy, which also governs replacements and refunds.
4. Designs & intellectual property
All designs, artwork, and site content are the property of BlabTown or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. If you submit a custom design request, you confirm the words you submit don’t infringe anyone else’s rights, and you grant us a license to produce the requested items. We may decline any request.
5. Acceptable use
We reserve the right to refuse orders or design requests containing hateful, defamatory, or unlawful content.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
